VELVETEEN RABBIT 2014 – Velveteen Rabbit is Boston Children’s Theatre annual holiday production, returning for its 6th Year! The classic tale is told with puppets and live actors using BCT’s unique stage and puppets.

CALLING ACTORS for the following roles (as of 10/15/14)

The Boy – Actor Age 9 to 13 – British Accent a plus.

Fairy – Actress age 10 to 18 – the fairy who transforms the Velveteen Rabbit.

REHEARSALS: will start in November and run three week day afternoons and one weekend day. Click here for rehearsal schedule.

THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK – directed by Burgess Clark. If you have a monologue please bring it ready to perform. We may ask you to perform it, we may also jump directly to reading from sides we will provide on the day of the audition. Thank you. Character Descriptions.  What else should you bring? If you are auditioning for a musical, please remember your music and a water bottle. Also, if you have a headshot and resume please bring two copies of each. If you do not have a headshot and resume please don’t worry about getting the now – we have an audition form to capture all the information we will need.
