The Hubbie Awards were just announced, and BCT’s production of “Reflections of a Rock Lobster” won for Best Performances by the following actors:  Ian Shain, Felix Teich, Paula Plum Richard Snee and Sophia Pekowsky.  The Hubbie Awards are given by Thomas Garvey, theater critic for the Hub Review.  CLICK HERE for a full list of all the winners.  Congrats BCT!

Renowned Broadway Actress Lisa Yuen will be returning to BCT to direct the Summer Studios 3 production of “Legally Blonde.” Lisa has appeared on Broadway in “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” and “Miss Saigon.”  Lisa returns to BCT after directing last summer’s production of “Footloose.”  CLICK HERE for more information about the exciting summer plans with BCT!

Congratulations to BCT Executive Artistic Director Burgess Clark for his Elliot Norton Award nomination for “Outstanding New Script” for his World Premiere play, Reflections of a Rock Lobster. The Elliot Norton Awards are presented by the Boston Theater Critics Association to recognize outstanding theater in Boston.
