Responsibilities will include developing ongoing donor initiatives, database management, assisting with the creation of fundraising campaigns, and audience development projects. An ideal candidate would have experience in theatre-education or creative dramatics. Special skills such as musical training, dance, mime, or stage combat are welcome. Seeking a Marketing Associate to work with the Director of PR and Executive Director in developing print and web content and campaigns to promote productions and classes. Responsibilities include coordinating grassroots and formal marketing efforts using social media and traditional marketing vehicles. Ideal candidate would have experience in design and video software (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc), have excellent organizational skills and enjoy working in a growing theater company.
