What is your refund policy?
We can't refund or exchange tickets for events that are less than 7 days away, and in general we can't refund tickets. If you'd like to switch into a different performance, we can do so for a small fee. If you would like exchange privileges (for no fee), take a look at our Season Subscriptions!
In the very unlikely event that BCT must cancel a performance due to unavoidable circumstances. In the event a performance is cancelled due to a State of Emergency (weather related or other), we will do all we can to re-schedule the performance, transfer your tickets to another performance, or offer you a credit to a future performance.
I've lost my tickets. What can I do?
First of all, exhale! We can help you with replacing your tickets. For most performances, your tickets will be held at the Box Office for you to pick up prior to the show. If you receive your tickets in advance and have misplaced them, please call us at 617-600-7025 or email us and we will help!
We've had a change in plans. Can we exchange our tickets?
Single Ticket Exchange Policy
We can transfer your tickets to another performance for a small fee, provided it is more than seven days in advance of the performance. We can't transfer tickets seven days or less before a performance.
Subscriber Ticket Exchange Policy
As a courtesy to subscribers, you may - if you're a subscriber - exchange tickets for an upcoming performance provided we have at least 48-hours notice. We can transfer you to any available seats in a future performance.
